Pandan Coconut Ondeh Cake

Our locally-inspired Ondeh cake is now made sugarless, flourless and gluten-free!

To make this keto and diabetic -friendly, we use 100% Pandan leaves (no commercial “Pandan extract” which usually contains artificial green colouring, flavouring and hidden sugars). The cake is layered with gula-melaka-inspired sauce (no sugary gula melaka is used) and dessicated coconut.

What you get is a soft, fluffy and aromatic cake that’s generously filled a gooey “gula melaka” filling with dessicated coconut, all-natural green pandan sponge to compliment the flavours, and covered in a meltingly cloud-like creme chantilly. Sweet, salty, coconutty yum!

Cake contains <3.9g net carbs per serving (8 slices on 6 inch cake, or 16 slices on 8 inch cake)
