Awesome Stay Home Pack (Freezer- friendly)

Enjoy Keto essentials at home! This Awesome Stay Home Pack is awesome because:

1. Buns come packed in resealable packaging where you can just place in the freezer to last for at least 1 month.
2. Tea cake can also be frozen for 1 month (slice before freezing, place in closed container to prevent drying)
3. Cookies can last for 3 weeks in cool room temperature, or refrigerated to prolong shelf life.

How to defrost: For all frozen items, simply take out what you want to eat a day in advance ( you can take out 3 days worth), and defrost in the chiller overnight. On the day you’d like to eat, simply bring out to room temperature and it will still be soft and yummy. For faster defrost, simply pop into microwave/toaster to warm up.

Pack consists of:
